Indiana Field Hockey Adds Another Player to Freshman Class
7/8/2008 - The Indiana University Field Hockey team has added another Pennsylvania native to the roster for the 2008 season. Indiana head field hockey coach Amy Robertson announced that Corey Brautigam (Landisville, Pa./Hempfield) will join a Hoosier squad that will feature seven newcomers, including six freshmen. Bashore Offically Named To Olympic Team
Former Indiana field hockey standout Kayla Bashore was officially named as one of the 16 players that will represent the United States in the Olympic Games in Beijing this August. USA Field Hockey made the announcement on Sunday at the conclusion of the Women's National Championship in Virginia Beach, Va.

Field Hockey Announces 2008 Schedule
The Indiana field hockey team and head coach Amy Robertson announced the 2008 schedule on Wednesday, with the Hoosiers opening the season on the road for the first eight games of the season. The home opener will also be the Big Ten opener when Indiana hosts the Iowa Hawkeyes on Sept. 26 at the IU Field Hockey Field.
